Phase I: Design and construction of a new assisted living facility in San Antonio, specifically designed for care and research for patients suffering from Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

Phase II: Design of a 27-bed expansion to the existing facility with the addition of a full service kitchen, laundry and chapel in San Antonio.

Phase III: The project includes a single story expansion to the existing community, with two new “households” containing nine residential units each, or a total of 18 residential units. The project will include a new commons area connecting the two households. A connecting corridor will tie this structure to the existing Commons building. The entire project is expected to add approximately 15,030 sq. ft. to the existing community.
